We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. Wink accepts returns with in 15 days of shipment. Please note the following for all returns:
SORRY NO CASH REFUNDS OR CREDIT BACK TO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.
STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.
All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, scarves, beanies, shape wear, cologne and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Online purchases can be returned by mail or in store.
Online purchases returned in store will follow in-store return policy.
Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
Except as provided by applicable state law, store credits, gift cards and the purchase are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Wink reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
